This notice explains how BPS Hair Salon ("we") uses the personal data you give us when you book online, as required by Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
When you book: your name, mobile number, the service, the day and time, and any note you add. We don't use cookies or analytics to track you on this website.
Why we use it
Only to hold your chair, and to contact you about your booking by WhatsApp or phone. We don't send marketing, and we never sell your details.
Who handles it
Bookings are stored with Cloudflare, our website host. To tell us about your booking, your name, number and booking details are sent to our WhatsApp through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and to our email through Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside Malaysia, only to deliver the service. Within BPS Hair Salon, only our staff can see bookings.
How long we keep it
We delete bookings automatically 12 months after the booking date.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. WhatsApp or call us on011-3331 1006, or visit us at 25, Jalan 23/70a, Desa Sri Hartamas.
